Water – Sugar & Glucose Preparation Unit
Function:
- A fully automatic stainless steel system designed to prepare sugar syrup by dissolving and mixing sugar, water, and glucose. The unit ensures precise temperature control, consistent mixing, and continuous syrup transfer.
Key Features:
- Discharge Screw with Hopper: Feeds sugar into the dissolving tank with controlled speed and vibration.
- SWG Dissolving & Mixing Tank (200 L): Equipped with load cells, heating coil, and pneumatic valves for steam, water, and glucose.
- Collecting Tank (2 T): Includes agitator, heating coil, solenoid valve, and automatic discharge system.
- Diaphragm Pump: Transfers syrup from buffer tank to Halawa cooker.
